This deep red fabric was used to upholster the chairs in Titanic’s second class dining room. It was removed from Titanic while she was docked in Belfast for her fitting out by Mr. Robert Browne, the paymaster for the Harland & Wolff shipyard. Once on display at the Vancouver Maritime Museum, this incredibly rare piece of Titanic fabric entered our collection as a generous gift from Kevin Saucier of
